"We managed to find Huey through another tutor that we had initially approached- and we are very glad that we did! We had been looking for a suitable Oxbridge tutor for our son who needed guidance with his Cambridge undergraduate application for mathematics. At that point, our son did not really have much of an idea as to what to expect at an Oxbridge interview, nor in terms of potential questions. Admittedly, we had started our search for a tutor a little late in the day, but Huey very kindly agreed to help him with his UCAS personal statement and interview technique/questions, as well as to include him in weekly group sessions to go through example interview maths questions. Our son found Huey to be very supportive, patient and easy to talk to, and her effective teaching style meant that they were able to cover a lot of ground in a limited space of time. She was also always on-hand to fit in extra sessions and was very flexible and understanding with timings. Thankfully, our son felt ready and confident by the time his interview came round a couple of months later, which resulted in him being offered a place to study mathematics at Cambridge.
